This week, many so-called ‘trans allies’ have thrown hissy fits and metaphorically thrown their toys out of the pram by leaving social media platform X. It has been really quite amusing to see the seriousness with which these self-important arsewipes have announced their departures, as if they are committing an act of outright heroic bravery. Erm, you’re not. Who’s going to tell them that closing an app on your phone, and opening another, does not make you Rosa Parks? Apart from the hilarity of Clifton Suspension Bridge announcing its departure – yes, that’s right, a bridge – we also learned that The Guardian has jumped ship too. Their announcement was filled with caveats, however, about how they will still be trawling the site for juicy stories – sorry, “using the site for news-gathering” – and they ensured worried, hand-wringing lefty liberals that they’ll still be able to share the shit out of articles from the Guardian’s site on X. In fact, the whole announcement reeks of a proper foot stomping, arms flailing, ugly-crying toddler tantrum rather than a serious, thought through editorial decision. I had to chuckle at the penultimate line, “we can do this because our business model does not rely on viral content tailored to the whims of the social media giants’ algorithms”, which basically means they’re pissed off that they fear the Guardian’s content will no longer be promoted above and beyond more truthful accounts.
Thankfully, many honest accounts on X, you know, those without Bill Gates’ grubby, golf-and-wank blistered mitts all over them, have been keeping the receipts of some of the Guardian’s most ludicrous and outrageous propaganda. I was this morning reminded by a post from the excellent @babybeginner of the time back in 2021 when the Guardian promoted a shamefully untruthful article by LA correspondents Sam Levin and Louis Beckett, regarding an incident that took place at a spa in that city. On 24th June that year, a woman who had been using the Wi Spa in the Koreatown neighbourhood of LA confronted reception staff after encountering a naked man in the female changing rooms, where women and girls were present. The staff said their hands were tied, because the man identified as transgender, and therefore was entitled to be in the changing room that “match their gender”. According to the Guardian – otherwise known as the Pervert Apologists’ Daily – the woman’s claims were utterly baseless and unfounded, and entirely fuelled by “far-right”, “right-wing”, and “transphobic” groups, and led to the violent protests that erupted outside the spa in question shortly after the event.
Fast forward a few months, and we learned that the man free-willying in the changing room, Darren Merager, 52, is a registered sex offender with three decades of charges and convictions to his name, including a 2003 conviction for masturbating while spying on an elderly lady through the window of her home. And, despite the fact that five women gave evidence against him regarding the June 2021 Wi Spa incident, where he exposed his partly erect penis in the women’s area of the spa, where children were present, remember, The Guardian decided to tackle (no pun intended) the subject by spewing vitriol towards the victims of this blatant crime. Far from rallying against this predatory man committing an actual crime against vulnerable women and children in what should be a safe space, Levin and Beckett instead pour scorn on the woman who raised the alarm that day, an Instagram user by the name of @CubanaAngel. They sneeringly note that her social media page “frequently features Bible quotes”, as if this were somehow a gotcha for catching out far right extremists. The article is interspersed with lurid subheadings in reference to the victims and those who stood with them, such as “An online mob: false claims and threats”, and “violence in the streets”, before swiftly changing tone and following with “we are just trying to belong” when referring to the trans army who, as usual, rallied to defend the behaviour of the hideous perverted predator. The tried and tested formula of the leftist mainstream media: fawning over the trans brigade with a unique blend of awe, pity, and respect, while using nothing but disparaging and smearing language for, well, everyone else.
The article contains a litany of slurs against those women who were concerned that day not only for their own safety, but for that of the children who were also present. As a woman and mother, I know that the presence of this man would have felt threatening, even before they knew that he was a convicted sex offender. The man’s actions clearly constituted indecent exposure, but in the twisted opinion of the Guardian, and other trans allies, this behaviour must be accepted as normal. Indeed, many took to social media to blame the nine-year-old daughter of the complainant, saying that she should not be staring at another person’s genitals! The mind-bending stupidity of these people is astounding. They are sycophants to a man larping as a woman and committing a sexual crime.
When the truth quickly came to light regarding the Wi Spa debacle, did the Guardian’s intrepid reporters pen an immediate apology, and withdraw their article, which now ironically can be described as baseless and unfounded? Of course not. The article is still there online, accessible and, frighteningly, still believed to be fact by many who read it at the time or have stumbled across it since. The Guardian long ago lost any credibility it ever had. It is very clear that it is no longer reporting real news. It is, like so many other mainstream outlets, trying to actively shape the news, by way of untruths, to fit the narrative of the three-letter organisations who control the world. The mighty Marianna Spring, of “Why Do You Hate Me?” notoriety (as if it wasn’t pretty fucking obvious, love), and her fellow ‘misinformation’ colleagues at the BBC perform the very same function. Indeed, I suspect Spring was trained at the Guardian’s Call-Everyone-Far-Right School of Journalism.
Welcome to the Western world in the 2020s, where a perverted man can flash his cock and balls at women and children in a changing room, and be celebrated and praised for doing so by swathes of the mainstream media. Where a mother, speaking out to protect her child from a predator, is slandered and labelled an extremist by so-called journalists. And where public health care organisations spend taxpayer resources on helping blokes grow moobs, with which they can “feed” poor helpless infants in a clear act of sexual abuse. Honestly, the asteroid cannot come soon enough.
